My coaching is results oriented, via weekly or bi-monthly telephone calls. You will learn to use tools which allow you to shift your vantage point, achieve breakthroughs, and accomplish more, with ease. I will support you in going beyond those seeming obstacles to your success. Whether your focus is to discover your next calling, shift careers, achieve a higher level of fitness, optimize your current professional involvement, or add balance and creativity to a busy life, my coaching can support you. I have worked with teams in Fortune 500 Companies, and currently focus on working with individuals. I do not differentiate between personal and professional coaching; whichever your focus, both will see the benefits.

I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Certified Coach from the Academy for Coaching Excellence (website: academyforcoachingexcellence.com) with over twenty years of private practice in psychotherapy and coaching (individuals and organizations). I am on the faculty of the Academy for Coaching Excellence, where I also serve as a mentor coach. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach.




I have co-authored three books (visit our website: www.childvoice.com) and co-authored a coaching columns for The Desert Woman and e-magazine NaturalJourneys.com. (click to see an archived article). Additionally, I lead seminars and have been a speaker on diverse topics including coaching, codependency, adult children of alcoholics, and mind/body and health, both alone and with my collaborator, co-author, and sister, Leslie Gebhart, www.coachingcolleagues.com. I designed and implemented a family support program for an in-patient alcoholism treatment center in Northern California. In 2009, with the support of my coach, I have had poems selected for publication in the literary journals California Quarterly and White Pelican Review. Yes, coaches benefit from coaching. Without the sweet place of accountability offered for my writing, I would not be published.
